Whoopi Goldberg Continues to Shut Down Intense Argument Between View Co-Hosts

“The View”The heat of the midterm election is heating up among co-hosts. Whoopi Goldberg had to shut down a tense political argument between Sunny Hostin and Alyssa Farah Griffin on the show’s November 8 episode. Sunny Hostin seemed to be in serious tension with Alyssa Farah-Griffin. Hostin claimed that the “far left did not storm the capitol,”Griffin quickly took out Hostin’s controversial comments last week’s episode, and informed her that she was sorry. “called white republican women cockroaches.”Based on reports, the repeated quote was incorrect Yahoo.

Goldberg tried to mediate but ended up shouting at her co-hosts who were talking over one another. She yelled. “Here’s what I’m going to ask you to do! Unfortunately, she was not able to get her message across as co-hosts continued their intense on-air bickering.

Hostin received approval from the “Sister Act”Star to correct Griffin, telling him she’d misquoted her actual words, which she said was: “Suburban’s [women] are now going to vote Republican. That is like roaches voting for the Raid.”Griffith and Hostin continued to argue. Goldberg attempted to calm chaos which seemed to be getting worse by saying “We’re going to break. I can’t take it.”The show was forced to go on a commercial break.
