Priscilla Presley has filed a complaint regarding the will of Lisa Marie Presley following her demise.

Following Lisa Marie’s unexpected death due to complications with past bariatric surgery on Jan. 12, Priscilla filed a petition questioning the authenticity and validity of her late daughter’s will, specifically a 2016 amendment that removed her and the family’s former business manager, Barry Siegel, as trustees, replacing them with Lisa Marie’s two oldest kids – Riley and Benjamin Keough, who died of suicide in 2020 at 27. Priscilla stated that she hadn’t been notified by the trustee of this change and had concerns about her daughter signing the document. Priscilla’s attorneys confirmed in May that Riley and Priscilla had come to an agreement despite rumors about tensions between them.
