Margot Robbie and Cara Delevingne were in Argentina recently when they were reportedly confronted by Pedro Alberto Orquera (per Page Six. Robbie and Delevingne left a restaurant to board an Uber. The paparazzo began taking photos of the actors. Robbie fell asleep in the Uber and the driver fled, leaving Robbie in an unsafe situation. Sources claim that the photographer was injured and fell, but his version of events is completely different.
Orquera suffered a broken arm in the scuffle. According to Central RecorderRobbie, Josey McNamara, and Robbie were together with Jac Hopkins, the key grip. Orquera claimed that the men tried to grab his camera and attacked him. “I started running away from them because they were hitting me. While I was running from them they kicked me so hard my camera went up in the air and I fell on the floor and injured my arm,”Orquera shared his account of the event. The hospital took him to where he is now waiting for surgery.
The police detained McNamara, Hopkins, and it is not clear if any charges were pressed. However, it has been reported that Orquera plans to press charges. TMZ. Robbie’s and Delevingne’s camps have not addressed the incident.
