Lashana Lynch will star as Rita Marley, in the Bob Marley Biopic

Lashana Lynch has been cast as Rita Marley in Paramount Pictures’ Untitled Bob Marley biopic about the reggae legend, according to an individual with knowledge of the project.

Kingsley Ben-Adir will play the role of Bob Marley in the film’s title role.

Reinaldo Marcus, director of the Will Smith movie “King Richard,”Director of the film.

Marley was 36 when he died from cancer in 1981.
