  • Instant Espresso Coffee 4.2g
  • Milk – 60ml
  • Sugar – 26 grams
  • Ice – 100g

Method:

  1. Make the espresso, and let it cool.
  2. Blend the espresso, milk, sugar, and ice.
  3. Blend on low speed. Slowly increase the speed until it becomes smooth.
  4. Put into glasses and serve immediately

2. Mocha Frappuccino

Ingredients:

  • 200g ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp instant Coffee, dissolved into 60ml boiling Water, and cooled
  • 400 ml skimmed milk
  • 4 tbsp chocolate sauce
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, to dust

Method:

  1. Place the ice in a blender.
  2. Mix the milk, chocolate sauce, and coffee together and blend until smooth.
  3. Use the cocoa powder to dust the glasses.

3. Java Chip Frappuccino

Ingredients:

  • 100g strong brewed coffee chilled
  • 100g ice cubes
  • 240 ml whole milk for best results
  • 14 grams of chocolate chips
  • 14 grams chocolate sauce/chocolate syrup
  • Whipping cream (optional).

Method:

  1. Make your coffee, brewed or instant, and then let it cool in the fridge.
  2. Set aside the drizzled chocolate sauce. Place the drizzled glasses into the freezer
  3. In a blender, combine the milk, ice, coffee roast, chocolate sauce and chocolate chips.
  4. Blend at low speed for approximately 30 seconds. Next, blend at maximum speed for around 20 seconds.
  5. Put the mixture in glasses and top it with whipped cream. Serve with chocolate sauce.
  6. Serve and enjoy

4. Pink Coconut Refresha

Ingredients:

  • 2 teabags
  • 230ml water
  • 60ml of white grape juice
  • 120 ml coconut milk
  • 3 sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup/100g ice (optional).

Method:

  1. The tea bags can be placed in a large teapot or cup. Once the water has boiled, add the tea bags to the pot. Allow it to steep for a while, then let it cool.
  2. The white grape juice should be added to the cup along with the tea.
  3. You can add ice and strawberry slices to a glass.
  4. Mix 3/4 cup of the tea with white grape juice in a glass of water. Then add strawberries slices.
  5. Serve with coconut milk.

5. Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino

Ingredients:

  • 100ml fat free milk
  • Coffee brewed to a strength of 4.2 grams
  • 2 grams pumpkin spice
  • 56g pumpkin puree

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender on high speed. Continue to blend until well combined and ice is broken up.
  2. Take the contents into glasses and enjoy.
  3. You can add cinnamon and whipped topping to the cake.
