Dua Lipa, Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter, stunned crowds as she entered the red carpet wearing a vintage 1992 Chanel wedding gown. It was the perfect dress for the evening’s celebrations.
The pop star wore the dress worn by the supermodel, Lagerfeld’s muse Claudia Shipper to celebrate the Met Gala this year. Claudia closed the 1992 Chanel Fall runway show wearing this bridal gown.

Dua lipa told LaLa Anthony that the dress had “been on my moodboard for a long time” when she spoke about it.
She borrowed it from Chanel for one night after asking the Chanel patrimony if she was allowed to do so.

Penélope Cruz, an Oscar-winning actor, practically floated on the red carpet wearing an enchanting, fairytale-like bridal gown that honored the theme.
It is important to note that the word “you” means “you”. Parallel Mothers The star chose an icy-blue Chanel ball gown, which was inspired by the design of Chanel Haute Couture’s Spring/Summer 1998 collection.
Gemstones cascaded gently down the skirt of this beautiful gown. Sequins, pearls, and other details were also featured on the dress’ bodice. This look was finished with an organza hood trimmed in sequins. Penélope draped the hood over her sleek, slicked-back bun. She accessorized the look with earrings in a drop shape and added a belt to her waist.

In a sweet, nurturing moment caught on camera, Penélope was seen brushing Dua Lipa’s hair. As Penelope brushed her hair gently with her finger, she made it look like the whole world had stepped in to witness a sweet moment of an older and younger sibling helping eachother look their best.
They both looked stunningly beautiful in the different ways they interpreted Karl Lagerfeld’s famous bridal couture.
