American drama series “Yellowstone,” which revolves around the theme of conflicts happening across the bordering native reservations and national parks have been entertaining us with its melodramatic storyline, talented cast, and beautiful backdrop for the past three years without a miss on Fathers Day.
Hence, it was obvious for the rumours to claim that the latest season was releasing on June 20, but it was all but a fallacy. The show that follows the Dutton family, owners of the largest ranch in the United States did not release on June 20 but why did that happen and when is it releasing them, lets find out:
Why didn’t Yellowstone Season 4 release on June 20?
When it comes to finding a reason behind the unprecedented delay, there isn’t a single reason but multiple. First of all, many fans recently claimed that they had picked up a post on Facebook by Yellowstone Montana Extras was asking the local extras to come forward for a protest scene, that was to be shot and couldn’t happen last year due to the snow. Now if this is true, then this is quite a genuine reason as unless, the entire filming is done, there is no point in releasing it as we know the expectations from the show are high.
A few media houses had approached the Paramount network but the network claimed that they had nothing to share. Apart from that, the theory that the Olympics are a reason behind the delay is going around and some fans are claiming that the show wanted to secure its full attention and couldn’t share it with the Olympics, so the makers just decided to give June 20 a miss.
When is Yellowstone Season 4 Releasing?
Now we know, the series is taking quite a long time, and some fans have even started losing their patience since the makers aren’t even announcing a tentative date. But if the Olympic theory is to be believed, we expect the makers to be releasing an official trailer sometime in July or August amidst the ongoing Olympic, and the show for earliest may release in August or September.
We hope more information is disclosed in the coming weeks
