As per the Bangkok PostRockwell has been arrested by police in Thailand, on 3 September 2023. He was accused of having sex and recording it with a youngster.

A complaint was filed by the mother of a 16-year old girl against Rockwell. This led to his arrest. The complaint stated that Rockwell’s daughter and Rockwell have known each other since approximately five months, and Rockwell has a recording from their encounter.

Rockwell was charged with “taking away” a minor from the parent or legal guardian “for indecent purpose with the consent of such minor.”

This girl’s mother talked to NBC News Rockwell was also accused of passing on to the girl a sexually transmissible disease that made her very ill.

Rockwell met the mom’s daughter, who was 16 at that time. The two began meeting in his home because Rockwell did not wish to have her publically seen.

According to her mother, initially the couple had protected sex. However, after Rockwell had shown the girl his medical records that showed he was in good sexual health, they allegedly started having unprotected relations.

The girl started bleeding on August 25, 2023. She told her mother about Rockwell’s relationship three days later. She was brought to the hospital to fill out a police report, then she went to the station.

According to the mom, the hospital had confirmed on August 30 that the child was infected with STIs. The mom said the police had taken the family statement and issued an arrest warrant the next day.

According to his mother, after police were unable to locate Rockwell, the asked her to “lure him” to a gathering where he finally was arrested.

Rockwell recorded her daughter’s sexual encounters, according to the mother.
