The View’s latest departure from The View, WHOOPI Goldberg has revealed her new career path.
This actress is 67 years old and has been criticised for “rudeness” in a recent chat show. However, she will be taking on a new role that takes her away from television cameras.
Whoopi was a part of The View since 2007, but she has been absent due to health issues.
She will be working with Sir Patrick Stewart (83), the top star of Hollywood.
Star Trek Legend, the author of Making It So will share its content with Hollywood Legend, Leonard Nimoy, in New York’s Symphony Space.
The show bosses promised that Sir Patrick Stewart would share stories from his stage successes to his legendary work onscreen.
“Making It So is a revealing portrait of an artist whose astonishing life—from his humble beginnings in Yorkshire, England to the heights of Hollywood and worldwide acclaim—proves a story as exuberant, definitive, and enduring as the author himself.”
The actor appeared on The View in 2015 with Whoopi.
I FORGIVE YOU?
Whoopi pleaded before for forgiveness as she was criticized by fans on screen.
On a recent episode of the talk show, Whoopi asked Alyssa Farah Griffin if she was pregnant, seemingly at random.

Alyssa responded with a firm, “no”, and asked Why Whoopi would do such a thing.
Fans were not pleased with this behavior and took to the social media sites to rip into Whoopi.
Whoopi later apologized to Alyssa for her harsh words, which had brought down the entire show.
This came just a few moments after she had snapped at Sunny Hostin, her co-host during another segment.
Real Talk
Sunny hinted previously at the discord in the background, confessing to “feuds”, leading to an “chaotic episode”.
Sunny recently revealed how she truly feels about her co-hosts during an interview on Good Morning America.
She and Ana Navarro sat down with GMA’s Linsey Davis to discuss the new season of The View, which premiered last week.
Linsey asked the women to share the “secret sauce” behind The View’s incredible success.
Sunny said: “It’s the ladies. We are five. The five of us are in love.
“Despite what you may hear, we get along, even though we’re very different in many respects.”
Whoopi previously claimed that her co-stars tried to “trip” her up on her hit chat show.
RUDE REASON
But the Ghost actress has recently revealed why she behaved “rudely” in some episodes.
Whoopi sat down with The View’s executive producer, Brian Teta, who mentioned the talk show host’s less-than-enthusiastic attitude about certain Hot Topics.
Brian told the show moderator that he thought the viewers were aware that some of the topics discussed on the show, such as sex and lighter relationships, may not be your favourites.
Whoopi did not deny she was not a big fan of these topics, but she admitted that she “tries” as much as she can to participate in the conversation.
Not every day. “We have this habit of doing them every day and I understand,” recalled the Sister Act actress.
