Who is Reya, the Warrior Nun Season 2?

As a series about fighting nuns, angels, and demons, Netflix’s Warrior Nun can often leave fans with more questions than answers.

Reya, who was introduced in season 2 of the show’s second season, is mentioned throughout the seasons before she appears in the finale.

Reya is a mystery. But who is she in the world Warrior Nun?

Reya finally makes an appearance in Warrior Nun

Reya finally appears in the final episode of season 2, after being mentioned several times throughout the season.

She is dragged into the world by Adriel who opens up a portal to the other dimension, known as Heaven to Warrior Nun’s character.

Adriel, a villain, plans to imprison Reya in order to harness her power and further his quest for dominance over all the realms.

A stunning fight ensues between Ava, Adriel and Adriel. Adriel wins the battle by summoning a group of tarask-demons to take Adriel down, thereby claiming victory.

Adriel warned that summoning the tarasks could kill them all, but Reya is capable of defeating them with minimal effort, hinting at her immense power.

Who is Reya, the Warrior Nun

Reya is a mysterious entity that exists in Warrior Nun’s other dimension, known as Heaven to the characters in the series.

She is the all-powerful ruler in that domain, which would effectively make herself God.

Before her eventual introduction, Ava and Michael slowly learn more about Reya and discover that she was once Adriel’s master before his quest for domination led to his rebellion and eventual banishment.

This is a direct comparison between God banishing Lucifer from Heaven and Reya exiling Adriel.

Reya’s status as God is all but confirmed when Adriel says: “If I am to become God, I first must imprison God.”

Reya’s evil or good nature is still a matter of debate. It is possible to argue that she sacrificed herself to help Ava and Michael defeat Adriel.

This is a question fans will want to know if Warrior nun returns for a third series.

Who plays Reya

Andrea Tivadar is the actress who plays Reya from Warrior Nun.

Andrea is a 31-year-old British actress with Romanian heritage, although she originally didn’t plan on going into acting.

At the age of 23, after graduating from university with a degree in Dental Materials, she made the switch to acting, modeling, and singing and hasn’t looked back since.

Her first acting role came in the 2013 Spanish film Las Aventuras De Jesús María Cristóbal Pequeño which has since been followed by appearances in Killing Eve, Bulletproof, If Only and Safe Inside.

Andrea, just like many actors of the modern industry is active on social networking, most notably InstagramShe currently has just over 19,000.
