Elizabeth Banks, an actress, producer and host of game shows, was born in Pittsfield (Massachusetts) on February 10, 1974.
She’s been in many popular films, including Spider-Man and The 40-Year-Old Virgin as well as Magic Mike XXL, Pitch Perfect and Charlie’s Angels.
She also appeared in several TV shows including Modern Family, 30 Rock, Scrubs, and Scrubs.
Banks was educated at the University of Pennsylvania as well as the American Conservatory Theater before he became famous and wealthy.

Banks met with him before the release of season 4 in July 2022. ETShe shared her story in this video, where she said that she had cried in the shower following her first day as host.
“I remember my very first show I went home afterward,”Banks recalls, “I was at the shower.” My husband came in, and he asked, “How is the show?” After my first show, I began to weep in the shower because I couldn’t believe it.
“… at one point one of the contestants, I was wiping tears from their eyes because they were so emotional. And I was so emotional. I just thought, this is such an amazing time. I get to change people’s lives on this show.”
“It’s so exciting,”She continued.
“It’s one of my favorite things about this show. We change people’s lives. It’s incredible.”
