HOTEL guest is being criticized online for making unfounded requests to staff members.

The visitor booked a hotel stay for himself, his partner, and their two children. However, he was unhappy with the conditions in the hotel room.

He was adamant that the king suite provided enough space for his family and quarreled with the young receptionist.

He was informed by her that the room he was being put into was his only available room and that he could cancel it at any time.

But he couldn’t grasp and continued to argue about the insufficient space.

He stated that he had two children and two adults. The reservation on his phone was clear about what he reserved.

“What do you expect us to do?”

Staff pointed out that there was a king-sized bed in the room and a sofa bed to allow the kids to sleep in it.

She offered to let him in, but he refused.

He continued: “We have two kids and us, we can’t all sleep on a king bed, that’s ridiculous. What do you expect us to do?”

The woman explained that there were only two options: to use the room or cancel and move somewhere else. This was not something the man liked.

He wanted to know: “And then have us sleep in our car?”

One point, an annoyed onlooker attempted to calm the situation by explaining that his children could sleep on the fold-down sofa bed.

He said: “You have a king bed and a pull out…so you have two beds and four people.”

However, the furious guest couldn’t grasp the concept and told the other that it wasn’t his business. “what are you doing jumping into this?”

The woman tried to end the encounter by telling him that she would cancel his reservation. “there are a lot of other hotels in the area.”

The video has been viewed more than 45million time and received over 219,000 comments. There is no support for the angry guest.

Instead, everybody is full of praises to the hotel worker for her professionalism and how she handled this situation.

One of them said: “You handled this SO WELL.”

Another author wrote: “When people cannot take responsibility for their own poor planning so they take it out on the receptionist. You are a queen the way you handled this.”

An additional third: “A king and a pullout….how is that not enough for 4 people!? 2 in each bed!”

Even Santa Claus Tiktok’s official account was kind enough to praise the woman and have a laugh at the man.

Saint Nick wrote: “Horrendous behavior. Kindness matters. You handled this professionally and kindly.”
