Peachtree Police Department officers responded to a 911 call regarding a driver who fell asleep behind the wheel on Friday morning. The officer saw the vehicle described in the call and stopped it as it pulled into the yard at a nearby home.
According to the statement, Haddish was taken into custody for driving under the influence.
The first report on Haddish’s arrest was by TMZ. According to officers, she may have smoked marijuana. According to records obtained from TMZ, she was held for a short time before posting $1,666 bond. She was released at 6:30 a.m. local.
