Tiffany Haddish was charged with DUI in Georgia on Friday morning. Police claim she was asleep at the wheel.
Peachtree, Ga. police responded to a 911 call around 2:30 AM on Highway 74. Authorities stated that Haddish was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influences and was transferred to the Fayette county Jail without any incident. An officer noticed a vehicle similar to the description, and stopped it as it pulled into a residential yard.
TMZThe first news report stated that Haddish was released on bail for $1,666 at 6:30 am that morning.
A representative of the actress did not respond immediately to a request for comment.
