Suicide Squad Fans Upset Over ‘Insulting’ Final Scene, Slammed as ‘Slap in the Face’ to Kevin Conroy – Outrage Ensues

The Shocking Truth of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Revealed!

SUICIDE Squad: Kill the Justice League has just launched, but the response has not been all positive. Many Deluxe Edition players have been left out of pocket, after servers were taken down during the three-day early access period. There were a number of bugs at launch, including an interesting one that meant many people’s games were completed before they started. However, one area of the game that has been praised is the writing, with people enjoying the Suicide Squad’s witty quips. Despite this, some have criticised a major part of the game’s story – the one that’s in the title.

The Plot of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League

Unsurprisingly, the whole plot of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League surrounds hunting down and killing the Justice League. As part of the game, you will put an end to the lives of various Justice League members, including some of the most popular DC heroes. Long-time nemesis of the Justice League, Brainiac, has overtaken their minds, and suddenly The Suicide Squad become the good guys trying to save the planet from these out-of-control superheroes. While Killing the Justice League is essential to saving the world, fans had hoped that their favourite characters would get heroic deaths. However, it’s the Suicide Squad we’re talking about and these guys have no respect for the dead.

The Shocking Deaths and Fan Reactions

Captain Boomerang even urinates on long-term rival The Flash after the team defeats him in combat. While this was seen as insulting by fans, it was Batman’s death that has really upset players. Batman is one of the world’s most popular superheroes and it seems natural that fans wanted him to have a heroic death. The Dark Knight doesn’t get this, as he meets his end following a conversation with Harley Quinn. DC fans saw this as a ‘slap in the face’ especially considering that this is one of the last projects that long-term Batman voice actor Kevin Conroy worked on.

The Next Batman: The Animated Series

Conroy passed away in 2022, and fans were hoping that this role would let them say goodbye to the iconic actor. However, they need not worry as Conroy has more Batman work that has not yet been released, in Batman: The Animated Series. It’s safe to say that if the death of the Justice League isn’t something you want to be a part of, then you might want to skip Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.
