You can improve your memory, reaction time, and attention span by playing chess, puzzles, cards, and chess games.

A spokesperson said: “The benefits of taking part in any of these activities will keep your brain happy, healthy and engaged.”

The report recommends eating a healthy diet, regular exercise, and healthy sleeping patterns.
