One woman shares a simple and effective way to cool down, in case it gets hotter.

Jenna Shari went to her TikTok page and explained her trickYou will need to take a piece from a kitchen towel and place it in the freezer.
“I want to show you the most amazing hack for keeping cool,”She began.
“And honestly it’s so f**kng cheap. It doesn’t even require you to spend money.
You only need one sheet kitchen roll. It should be completely soaked. Then, place it in the freezer for about half an hour.
“Oh my God, it’s so nice.”
This hack does not only work for humans.
“I use them to lay them on my dog as well,” Jenna explained.
“And she doesn’t mind at all because they’re so light, they barely weigh anything.”
Jenna ended her video with the following: “The best is, once you lose your cool, just put them back in the freezer.
“You don’t even need to use a new one – you can just put the same one back in the freezer.”
“Literal life savers in this heat,” Jenna captioned her video.
