According to court documents obtained from TMZAug. 10: A zoom hearing was held in July with Olivia and Jason, their respective lawyers and judges in New York (where Jason is) and Los Angeles. Olivia and Jason were present at the hearing. The exes—who dated for nearly 10 years before their split in November 2020—are in the middle of an ongoing custody battle over their two children, Otis8. Daisy, 5.
According to the outlet, the meeting saw both judges agree that New York wasn’t the children’s home and instead cited California. According to court records obtained by Page SixThis means Jason’s original case in New York has been dismissed.
The publication said that the judges’ decision did not completely dismiss the case. However, it does note that the move would allow the custody case to be continued in L.A. County.
