Drake and Savage 21 teased a promo to their Tiny Desk concert with Her Loss, their joint album. NPR Music responded.
A Tweet shared by NPR Music on Twitter in response to the musician’s Instagram post has left fans wondering if the promo was real or fake. We aren’t surprised as Drake and Savage 21 are notorious for pulling stuns to promote their new album.
A few days ago, the duo duped fans into believing that they were gracing the cover of Vogue, which was later confirmed to be a photoshopped version of the magazine’s October issue.
Now, many are unsure if Drake or Savage 21 are actually doing a Tiny Desk Concert.

Drake and Savage 21 uploaded a clip to their Instagram on Wednesday. It appears that it was recorded at the NRP studio.
It was also claimed that it was their Tiny Desk Concert promo. The setup looks identical to that at NPR studio.
Drake is the one who introduces himself. “What’s up everybody, appreciate you joining us today, the audience, everybody at home, my name is Drake,”Before the Atlanta rapper introduces him.
Drizzy adds: “And this is our tiny desk. Let’s get into it.”
In the meantime, the caption for this post claims: “Thank you to @nprmusic @tinydesk for having the gang @21savage let’s go crazy.”
Media house responds to rapper’s Instagram post
NPR Music seems to have debunked the Tiny Desk concert promotion shared by the rapper via a tweet.
Resharing the original Drake/Savage 21 video clip NRP Tweet: “Let’s do it for real tho”This is followed by a smiley face, followed closely by clapping hands and a smiling face.
Fans aren’t convinced, however. Many still wonder if the Tiny Desk concert that Drake announced is actually happening.
One fan believes the promo is true The Tiny Desk Concert is on and they are “hyped.”
But, there is a second fan who has a different opinion it’s just a parody, just like the Vogue magazine cover and Drake’s appearance on the Howard Stern Show.
Another confused fan Ask: “So, it’s not real?”
November 4th, Her Loss
Drake and Savage 21’s collaborative album is set to drop on Friday, November 4, 2022.
Her Loss was originally scheduled for release on October 28, 2022. It was delayed by one week.
The music video for Jimmy Crooks, a song written by the duo for Honestly, Nevermind, first revealed the title of the song.
Tumblr also updates its community guidelines to allow nudity, but not explicit images.
