Nicola McLean has ranted about parents who say having children is challenging, as she claimed she’s found raising her two sons Rocky and Striker, very easy. McLean slammed parents who think having children is hard, as she insisted it’s “easy.”
The Celebrity Big Brother star, 40, took to her Instagram account on Tuesday morning to rant about parents who like to whinge, saying raising her sons Rocky and Striker, who she shares with footballer Tom Williams, has been a breeze. She said: “Odd one here, right, probably unpopular, but I follow a lot of women on here, and I’ve just noticed how much women complain about being mums and how hard it is. “Has anyone else found it easy to be a mum?
Nicola said she finds being a mum ‘really easy’ She hit out at celebrity mums who complain about how hard it is when they have nannies to help them raise their kids. “And just to follow on to that, my eldest is 15, still haven’t had a day’s problem.” It’s the best thing in the world.
“Your baby’s not going to sleep, he’s going to teethe, and your teenager’s not going to clean his room. “That’s not fair actually, Rocky does clean his room, but he doesn’t revise — shall I come here and do 50 Stories about how hard it is because my 15-year-old doesn’t wanna revise? Nicola also said she thinks Mum complaining about how hard it is is just a fad. “People need to chill out.” She went on: “Give me a soapbox because I also think that celeb mums come on Instagram to share how hard they find it, even though they’ve got nannies and s**t like that. “It’s like, not that hard, never had a nanny in my life.”
She also warned celebrity mums that their kids are going to see everything they say one day. Nicola said: “One day your kids are gonna see it, and it’s like celeb mums who are like ‘my kids have been bullied because I was once a drug addict.’ “Maybe don’t tell the world that then!
