NewsNation created a huge “We’re Hiring!”A billboard is located near CNN’s Atlanta headquarters. Employees are facing continuous layoffs.

Banfield joined NewsNation as a reporter in March 2021. The former HLN host and ABC and NBC News correspondent previously served as the anchor of CNN’s “Legal View With Ashleigh Banfield”The morning show “Early Start.” She exited HLN, CNN’s sister network, in 2018.
Chris Licht, chairman of CNN, announced in October that a series of layoffs would be taking place as the company tries to cut costs by the end.
