Heather Kovar, the weekend anchor for WRGB-TV in Albany, slurred her words and, at times, rambled incoherently.
When she was confused by the weather, she called the wrong person the meteorologist and continued to stumble.
The train-wreck performance was quite different from what her viewers are used for seeing.
