Prince Harry’s Infamous Party
Let’s start with a little refresher. Harry began secretly dating Markle in 2016 He was recently divorced from Cressida Bonnes, a model. She was the star of Suits. The future Sussexes didn’t make their public debut until the 2017 Invictus Games, and they got married not long thereafter in May 2018.

A new book, entitled Revenge: Meghan and Harry, and the War Between The WindsorsTom Bower, a biographer, recounts a fascinating story about Harry and Markle’s trip to meet the boys. Harry invited 16 of his friends from Eton college as well as their partners. The weekend was filled with laughter and good times.
Meghan Markle Takes Exception

Harry did not expect this reaction. He was looking forward to the conversation, but Markle’s “wokery”It was, as his friends called them, the death of all joy. Bower says, “According to Harry’s friends, again and again, she reprimanded them about the slightest inappropriate nuance. Nobody was exempt.”
Harry’s friends thought Markle, “lacked any sense of humor. Driving home after Sunday lunch, the texts pinged between the cars: ‘OMG, what about HER?’ said one. ‘Harry must be f***ing nuts’.”
Is This All Accurate?
A second engagement is covered in another part of the book. Harry’s oldest friends on that occasion thought Markle “behaved ‘princessy’”For “refusing to engage with Harry’s friends.”When we hear the term “sexist”, it is usually because of its gender. “princess”Our alarms ring when the term is used in a derogatory manner.
We’ve encountered Bower’s expertise on numerous occasions. He once stated that Harry and Markle would regret the day they parted from the royal family. He tried to incite a rivalry between Markle Parker Bowles and Camilla Parker. Bower said Bowles called Markle “that minx.”
If he does have genuine insight, then these are some damning revelations about how Harry’s closest friends and family see Markle. It certainly feels like conservative panic using sexist phrasing to bash Markle for having convictions, but there’s no way of knowing for sure.
