Nearly 18% of respondents voted Beyoncé as the second celebrity with the best sense of style. Queen Bey has become synonymous with fashion so it’s hard to argue. You need only look at the cover of British Vogue for July to witness Beyoncé’s fashion brilliance. Rihanna came in second with 17% of the votes. Rihanna was the most popular celebrity to be included in the survey. We are grateful for her impeccable sense of style and being a mother to an infant. Blake Lively followed closely with 17%.
