A HOOTERS girl revealed all she went through to get her job. She even tried on her uniform for her boss.

TikToker Aleta Elizabeth shared some tips for how to get a job at the American restaurant chain as an entertainer.

According to a Hooters employee, the process was described as follows: “so basic”He said it was okay to be nervous if you’re selected for an interview.

“At the uniform fitting is when they offer you the job,”She said this in the Video.

“They wanna see you in the uniform first – it’s nothing horrible, they just want to make sure that you look comfortable and you feel comfortable.”

Elizabeth didn’t offer any tips that would get you a job at Hooters, but she did provide some information about the iconic uniform that made Hooters so famous.

“For rules, hair can be up or down it just has to be well maintained,”She spoke.

“Makeup should be natural and not glam. No matter what your style, they won’t force or make you do anything.

“Jewelry, you’re supposed to have one stud. I wear both my hoops. No necklace, no bracelet, you can wear rings, and you can have tattoos.”

She advised future Hooters employees to be themselves and show kindness to others.

“Just be yourself. You’re an entertainer if you’re a Hooters girl. We’re not servers – we’re entertainers,”She spoke.

The advice was given by another Hooters employee, who shared five rules at the American restaurant chain, including how to apply your makeup and get exercise.

“Nobody asked for this,”She said it at the beginning of video “but here are five rules that Hooters girls have to follow.”

She explained first that workers must wear more than just the restaurant-approved Tshirt and shorts.

“You have to wear five articles of makeup in order to work your shift,” Alyssa said.

She wasn’t clear on which makeup products she’s required to wear – eyeshadow, lipstick, liners, mascara, blush, foundation, and concealer are all contenders – but you can trust employees have the intel.

Employees are trained to look professional after they are hired. “Hooters girl.”

“You have to attend a three-hour course where they teach you how to wear your makeup, how to wear the uniform, and how to exercise,” Alyssa said.

Employees should also be aware of the company’s hairstyle policies, which Alyssa stated are very strict.

“Your hair must be a natural color,”She began by listing some of the company’s guidelines. “It has to be styled at all times, it can’t be up.”

Alyssa raised her head and looked up, shaking her head. “It’s a lot of rules about the hair that I’m not getting into right now.”

It is possible that hair is pulled away from the ears by Hooters.

“You can’t have more than two piercings per ear,”Alyssa said this, showing her earlobes with two sparkling studs.

Alyssa stated that employees have to adhere to company protocols on holidays.

“If you wear your uniform on Halloween, you get terminated,” Alyssa said.

It was not clear if she meant Hooters employees who dress in their uniforms in an off-hours costume or servers who do not report to work in costume.

In either case, it’s a surprisingly specific tenet of the Hooters code not known to most outsiders – or, at least, not until now.
