Is Manifest renewed on Netflix for Season 5?

Netflix may cancel some beloved shows, as was the case with Fate: The Winx Saga. On the other hand, sometimes you’ll hear of the streamer stepping in to save shows that have been axed on other networks, as is the case for Manifest.

The American supernatural drama, created by Jeff Rake and premiered on NBC in 2018. It captivated audiences with the mystery of Flight 828 passengers returning to their lives five years after they were presumed dead.

The show ran for three seasons, before NBC cut the cord. Fans cried out for anyone to revive it and give closure.

Netflix has done a great job and we now have new episodes to remember. However, it’s worth looking ahead further and asking if Manifest season 5 is confirmed.

Is Manifest renewed on Netflix for Season 5?

No. It is already confirmed that Manifest will close on its fourth season.

However, season 4 was actually split into two parts. The first batch of installments arrived on Netflix on Friday November 4, 2022.

Each part will consist of 10 episodes. There will be 20 total to complete the series.

Netflix has not yet announced a release date of season 4 part 2. The second half of the season will likely premiere in early 2023. Thus, the Manifest journey is over.

‘The payoffs are there for the fans’

JR Ramirez (Jared), and Matt Long (who plays Zeke), recently had a conversation. CBRWe asked them what questions they wanted to be asked in the final season.

“Obviously, it’s a series-long question of what happened to the passengers,” Matt explained. “Where did they go? Why did they return this way, and what does it all mean for everybody? All of those questions will be answered. The payoffs are there for the fans. The time and energy and all the passion they have had is going to be rewarded.”

JR has been added: “The writers did a beautiful job of being able to tie in this complex story that has been Manifest for the last five years of our lives, and they are ending it in a way that people are going to be satisfied. All your questions… you are going to get answers to.”
