Gareth is played in the film by Gwydion LaShlee-Walton, a 27-year-old American actor who has been featured in many notable films over the years.

He first appeared as an unnamed teenager in 2012 blockbuster The Hunger Games and has gone on to land small roles in such shows as TURN: Washington’s Spies (he played Gang Member), Your Pretty Face Is Going to Hell (Ice Cream Man), Vice Principals (Kyle Gephart), Swamp Murders (Brian), and Nashville (Jamie).
