“I’m not super sold on the idea of ‘Revenge Body,’” Jordan said, adding: “I think the only time it’s A) worth it and B) going to actually work in the long run is when you’re doing it for yourself.”

Jordan was curious about the celebrity workout that Gunnar Peterson created specifically for Khloe.

“Revenge Body”The E! The series aired on the E! Network for three seasons from 2017 to 2019. It received praise and criticism.

Fans have expressed concern about Khloe’s dramatic weight loss and appearance in the wake of Tristian Thompson’s cheating allegations against her.

Jordan tested the six-exercise routine that only requires minimal weight in the comfort of her living area.

Jordan explained the process first. “dumbbell clean and press”Use a dumbbell of 15-pound weight.

“You’re going to reach down in a squat position, grab the dumbbell, clean it up to your shoulder, and then press it up overhead,”She spoke.

She added: “Once you get to the top of your deadlift, you’re gonna pull that elbow up, whip it around, and drop underneath the dumbbell”You can have some momentum.

Jordan stated that she would do 8-12 rounds on each arm. She let out a deep sigh after she had demonstrated 10 movements on each side.

“That was definitely a full body movement,”She spoke.

Jordan was the next to go out of breath.

She did a four-by-4 banded walk with a slightly squatted stance. A rubber resistance band was placed around her thighs.

“You want to make sure you’re pushing your knees out into that band as you do this movement,”She added: “I’m gonna take four steps in each direction and we’re gonna do a total of five squares.”

She walked sideways, forwards, or backwards. Her legs were always wide apart, and she never touched her feet with every step.

“This will really start to burn if you stay in this low position,”Before pausing, she breathed deeply and shook her head.

“It really burns,”She exclaimed.

In the middle of the exercise she paused and said: “I’m gonna take a little break – my bum’s on fire.”

After that, she sat on a mat for an ab workout. She swapped a medicine ball for a dumbbell.

“We’re gonna do an overhead crunch, meaning I’m gonna hold the weight over my head while I crunch up and then we’re gonna rotate to one side,”She spoke.

“You wanna come down with straight arms,”She emphasized the side rotation movement.

Jordan performed the exercise 20x, rotating the side she was facing with each crunch.

“That’s gonna work your core and your arms,”She said it while gasping for air afterward.

Then, she continued to stay on the ground for renegade rows that were immediately followed by mountain climbers.

She sat in a plank-like posture with her legs extended and her arms straight down, while simultaneously balancing on two dumbbells.

“Keep your hips square to the floor, take that dumbbell, and just bring it up to your chest,”She explained.

After 12 rounds on each arm, she switched to doing 30 mountain climbers in the same plank position.

While running in place for that movement, Jordan’s two dogs ran over.

“Even the dogs got excited for that one!”She added: “Those mountain climbers will really get your heart rate up.”

She stood again to do the final exercise.

“You’ll hold the dumbbells at your shoulders, lunge back, then come up, press and high knee, and reset.”

She stood up after extending one leg backwards. She simultaneously lifted the same leg into a high, straight knee. Both arms were raised above her heads.

Lastly, Jordan did a reverse lunge before extending into a standing position

After performing 10 lunges in alternating positions, Jordan was able to bend over and place her hands on her knees.

She explained that Khloe does three sets each of the exercises. You can either do them all at once, or you can spread them out over a circuit.

“I really like that workout. That’s definitely a total body workout,”She said it, sounding a bit surprised.

“And this workout can be done pretty much anywhere that you have a dumbbell. And these [resistance] bands are so easy to carry with you,”She added.

Jordan also said that while most celebrity workouts are more aesthetic-focused, she appreciated that Gunnar and Khloe’s workout was strength-focused too.
