Mammals, his latest comedy series from James Richardson and Jez butterworth, is his most recent.

James stars alongside Colin Morgan, Sally Hawkins and Melia Kreiling as Jamie. Jamie is a well-known chef whose world starts to fall apart when he learns about his wife. This puts their marriage in jeopardy.

Mammals were shot in the United Kingdom at locations in London, Cornwall and Camebridge.

The project was mostly shot on location, as it’s set in both London and Cornwall.

The CinemaholicAccording to reports, the shoot started in July 2021 and was stopped two weeks later due to COVID-19 restrictions. However, productions resumed in August and were completed without interruption.

London was the main setting of the series. The majority of sequences were shot in London with the cast also being seen in St. James Park in Westminster. The familiar merry-go round will be obvious to anyone who has seen the series. A few central London streets were also used.

The crew also made use of Millook while filming in Cornwall, a coastal valley in Poundstock, on the north coast.

James, from Cambridge, was seen practicing for a sequence on the terrace at The Varsity Hotel & Spa in Thompsons Ln Cambridge CB5-8AQ.

‘It was incredible’

Melia Kreiling, who plays Amandine Buckingham, recently spoke to TV fanaticHer experience filming Mammals together with James.

“It was incredible,”She shared her secrets. “I have to start with the fact that he’s a total pro. He was the first one there and the last one out and knew his lines inside and out.

“When you have as many scenes and lines as James has in the show, it’s remarkable, considering that he was also under a huge amount of time pressure to get back to his Late Late Show.”
