Miller’s latest trouble came just last week, as Vermont State Police said the actor was facing felony burglary charges. According to Police reportsMay 1, police received a notification from law enforcement about a burglary complaint. Several bottles of alcohol were taken from a Stamford home while the owners were gone.
Police identified Miller after looking at home surveillance footage. Miller was issued with a citation and directed to report to Vermont Superior Court Sept. 26 to be arraigned.

Then earlier this month, Insider released a report into Miller’s often erratic and abusive behavior, with multiple people in the story accusing them of grooming minors, including indigenous activist Takota Iron Eyes. Takota denies that Miller had sex at her minor age.
