As part of bankruptcy proceedings, according to RadarThe trustee requested that Erika Jayne surrender a pair of diamond earrings given to her by Tom Girardi. The judge agreed. They are estimated to be worth $1.4million. Radar says that Jayne has filed an appeal against that decision. She is apparently not willing to part with the diamonds.
However, another source had previously shared the following: PeopleJayne had given up the earrings several months prior. “It wasn’t easy for [Erika] to part ways with something that was sentimental to her, but she knows she needed to do it and she complied,”According to the source, “Now that the ruling has happened, she’s somewhat relieved a decision has been made and she can officially focus on moving on.”
Jayne doesn’t seem to have said anything lately about the earrings, so you can decide for yourself who you believe.
