Disney World guests who were unfortunate said that they had suffered “torture”After being stuck on the It’s a Small World Ride for an hour, you can now walk away with the music playing.
Anyone who’s ever been on the It’s a Small World Ride will be familiar with how quickly the catchy tune can turn into something incredibly irritating.
As small boats slowly move between rooms, illustrating different countries, the ditty loops endlessly with animatronic puppets singing along.
Most people think the ride lasts less than 15 minutes. However, visitors to Disney World in Florida had to endure the song nearly an hour ago when the boats on which they were riding stopped working.
TikToker Hazeysmom22 captures footage that shows park visitors looking confused as the boats stop in the middle.
The video captioned “We were stuck for over an hour, the torture”This video has been viewed nearly 7,000 times and many people have expressed sympathy for those still stuck on the boats.
One question: “Please tell me they at least turned the song off.”
The original sharer of the video replied by saying: “They didn’t realize for like 45 mins, everyone was on a boat so we sat there for about an hour stuck with the song on repeat!! TORTURE.”
It is so catchy that one Tiktok user stuck it in his head by simply watching the video.
They said: “Oh great, now I have the song stuck in my mind and I wasn’t even there!”
Another said: “So, the song will always be stuck in your mind now?”?
“I rode it for 2 minutes and it took two weeks to get it out of my brain.”
However, not everyone who rode the ride had a terrible time despite the music.
Another park guest claimed that they were also snagged, saying it was a chance for them to take a much-needed rest.
They stated that: “We were on these boats. This definitely wasn’t torturous we got to take a nap and cool down and eat snacks. Plus we got 2 lightning passes.”
This Disney travel agent explained how guests can beat the line at the park.
These are the guests Disney World staff hates to have to deal with.
