People of certain ages have fond memories of Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt playing the roles of Louis de Pointe du Lac (respectively), in Anne Rice’s 1994 film adaptation.Interview with the Vampire. Posters for the film featured an image of Tom Cruise as a vampire, along with the words “Drink from me and live forever” written above him.
The poster featured two small figures at the bottom. The first is clearly Brad Pitt. He portrays the tortured Louis in his still form. A young girl is also walking towards him. Claudia is her name and she is played by Kirsten Dunst, a young actress. Actress Bailey Bass steps into her shoes in the series. Bailey is slightly younger than Kirsten, when she played Claudia.
