In the late 1990s, Scarlett developed the tics. At that time, little was known about Tourettes.

At the time, only the offensive verbal tics were widely reported. However, not everyone with Tourettes has these.

Bell’s Palsy is temporary weakness or loss of movement on one side of the face that has been diagnosed in Bell’s Palsy.

Scarlett’s experience shows that it usually improves after a few months.

One wrote: “ScarlettMoffatt investigates REALLY??”

The extra: “How about employing a proper journalist to investigate serious issues”.

This isn’t a topic to be ridiculed or laughed at. It feels more like an entertainment show.

“Wrong presenter, wrong format, wrong subjects. A big fat fail.”

Another author wrote: “Immediately turned off Britain’s Tourettes Mystery when well known scientist and health expert Scarlett Moffat asked if it could be contagious in her opening monologue.”

However, many viewers enjoyed Scarlett’s attempt to tackle this topic.
