Talks of a theater Bring it onFor some time, rumors of a sequel have been swirling around. Gabrielle Union, ISIS actress and one of the strongest supporters of a sequel has been. In fact, she’s been the most vocal about it. Despite all the sequel talk, there haven’t been any updates in some time. Although everything is on the website, Bring it onUnion decided to come up with an amazing idea for the long-overdue sequel, even though front was quiet.
The Bring it on alum’s idea came up as the cheerleading teen comedy was celebrating its theatrical release 22 years ago. Gabrielle Union joined her TwitterA post in a magazine acknowledging the occasion was retweeted by Union. Union, however, decided to post her thoughts on a possible sequel. It may be appropriate to alert you to the possibility that Isis could be the mother of a teenage girl. Union wasn’t wrong with her estimation as Isis was a high school senior in the original film. Of course, the following sequels didn’t keep up with the Clovers cheer squad leader’s life. Her post-high school could include a child who’s the same age she was in 2000.
Fans would be thrilled to hear about this potential. Moviegoers have long wanted to see more of Isis and her East Compton cheerleading group. Getting a sequel focused on Isis’s offspring could rectify the situation. Gabrielle Union expressed her regrets at having her character muzzled during filming Bring it onShe still has complete control over her portrayal. It would be nice to see how her kid’s cheerleading experience might be similar or different to hers. The real question is… would Torrance Shipman or her offspring be the main rival again or start with a clean slate and new obstacles?

Original Bring it onThe film was a huge success in 2000, earning more than $90million at the box office. The film marked Kristen Dunst’s first leading role in a film and Gabrielle Union’s first key role after appearing in a series of 1990s teen classics, including She’s All That. The cheerleading icon has been preserved without the original cast. Six sequels have been made direct to video and an adaptation on stage.
