Zendaya’s idea for the ‘No Way Home’ bread scene was “Zendaya’s Idea”

“At first, Zendaya picks up a candlestick or something to like threaten me with in that first scene where I come in, but then there was this basket of bread,”Garfield spoke about how the funny loaf moment happened.

“That was her just going, ‘Can I just throw bread at him?'”Garfield continued and added: “And [director] Jon [Watts] was like, ‘Yeah, throw bread at him.'”

Garfield claimed that the entire scene felt exactly like Garfield described it. “kids just playing.”

“No Way Home” puts all three of Sony’s live-action Spider-Men — Garfield, Tobey Maguire, and Tom Holland — on screen for the first time.
