Elf actor James Caan has sadly diedWill Ferrell, his co-star and age 82, has made a tribute.

While his cause of his death is not yet known, his family made a Twitter announcement announcing his passing.Writing: “It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Jimmy on the evening of July 6.”

“The family appreciates the outpouring of love and heartfelt condolences and asks that you continue to respect their privacy during this difficult time,”They went on.

A Golden Globe, Oscar and Emmy nominee, James Cann is one of the most renowned American actors and has a star on Hollywood’s notorious Walk of Fame.
