Celebrities often choose one of two options when it comes to social networking and public life for their children. Some parents don’t mind sharing photos and videos of their children on social media. Recent celebrities have chosen to limit the amount of information that the public sees and keep their kids out the limelight.

Sarah Michele Gellar (and Freddie Prinze Jr.) are just two of many celebrities who refuse to allow their children on social media. Their children, Charlotte, 11, and Rocky (9), are approaching the age when social media is a serious interest. Gellar explained. Us WeeklyThey must understand accountability, which is why they don’t use social media. The “Scooby-Doo” star shared, “I’ve told [my daughter, Charlotte] it will have to be a public account because you have to be held accountable. I think that’s my biggest issue with social media is the lack of accountability.”The actress explained that she doesn’t believe her children are old enough to understand accountability. Gellar wants them to be off social media until then.
