Miller and Carter’s festive menu for 2022 is here and it even features yummy vegan and gluten free options, along with plenty of steak, of course.
The Christmas countdown officially begins as November winds down. To get in the festive spirit, you might indulge in festive menus before the big day.
It can be difficult to cater for special dietary requirements when dining out. Miller and Carter restaurants offer vegetarian and vegan options as well as a variety of steaks that are gluten-free.

Non-vegetarian starters include a crab cocktail in Bloody Mary sauce, prawns and crab cocktail with duck parfait. Non-meat eaters can also enjoy baked cheddar mushrooms and toasted bread.
For the main course, the company does offer the classic turkey dinner, but it wouldn’t be Miller and Carter without a variety of steaks on offer – including their signature 30-day aged 8oz sirloin.
For something different, the restaurant offers a loaded festive burger – compiled together with a glazed brioche bun with tart cranberry, camembert and smoked streaky bacon – or even a grilled salmon filet with a Prosecco and seafood sauce.
Christmas is incomplete without desserts. There are sticky toffee, honeycomb crunch brownies, mixed fruit-and-kumquat Christmas puddings, sticky toffee and popcorn profiterole sundaes on the menu.
There are also a variety of sides, including a three for £10 offer.
Miller and Carter offer vegan options for festive occasions
Of course, not everyone is into turkey dinners or sirloin steak – many people are choosing to take part in a vegan lifestyle.
If that’s the case, the brand offers at least one vegan option for a starter, main course and dessert. The tomato and basil soup comes with vegetable crisps and balsamic glaze.
Vegans can enjoy a spiced butternuts squash Wellington as their main course. It comes with tenderstem broccoli, crispy diced potato and chargrilled peppers.
All desserts are vegan, but the zesty lemon tarte is vegan. It comes with blueberry compote, fresh berries and a side of zesty lemon curd.
Gluten free and kids’ festive menus

There are four starters, four mains and three desserts on the coeliac-friendly menu.
If you’re taking youngsters with you there is also the option for them to choose from a kids’ festive menu,This is recommended for children aged 12 and below.
Miller and Carter’s festive menu price
Although the full price of Miller and Carter’s festive menu isn’t available to view on the menu and website, there is a £5 deposit required upon booking.
The children’s menu is priced and for two courses is £9.95 and for three courses it’s £12.95.
