YouTuber and podcast host, the podcast host, shared a video entitled “Addressing my Past”, which includes a trigger warning regarding heavy and emotive content.
Twitter claims that he is a racist, using racial slurs during sex to make two people consent to it), tweets from his OnlyFans account, and foot fetish material.
There were many speculations and Twitter threads, but one theme was common: “Everything I’ve learnt about Murad Merali in the last 19 minutes has been against my will.”
Merali, who had taken a break from social networking, appeared on an episode on the HC Podcast on November 7th. Chuckie asked him about his allegations, and he opened up. Many Twitter users were left confused.
Merali spoke out about race play allegations during their chat. She said that this is what the most passionate fans were concerned about.

Merali, a 26-year old podcaster, is well-known for his frequent opinionated takes on the topic. Love Island. His YouTube channel boasts over 300,000. Subscribers. He is known for his explosive interviews featuring ex-Islanders such as Summer.

Merali stated, in a seven-minute video posted to his YouTube channel August 10th, that “First and foremost, the written content is not me, the severely derogatory comments are not written by me, and I will stand by that – this is not who I am.
“Some of the content is not my own. While I can profusely apologize, I accept full responsibility for how it came across and how people have felt about this content.”
However, he did take responsibility for “Some of the content is below”, acknowledging that it was not him “Now, not in the past five to six year, and not now.”
Merali added that he did not write the derogatory race play screenshots.
He said: “The vile and racist language used in these screenshots is not mine. This is not something I did in any capacity. Please make this clear immediately.
“People make their own captions, they mix it with their own pictures for their own satisfaction, their own desires, with their own fantasies, their own ideations – whatever they have. They then put it together for their own mental satisfaction for whatever desire that they have as a person.”
He acknowledged having a footfetish and said it was due to being sexually assaulted as a teenager.
“I developed these fetishes, this foot fetish, I developed it through what happened to me. I needed to make money, that was my only goal to make money,”He went on. “I needed to make money to get out.”
He ended his video by repeating: “The specific racist captions were not written by me. I did not sit there and do that, at all.”
