“To find out whether you are talking to a bot or a real person, you can ask for recent events,” said Dr. Martin J. Kraemer, a security awareness advocate at KnowBe4.
2. Repetitive Patterns
Kraemer also suggested looking for repetitive patterns in conversations, as this can be a clue that you’re talking to a bot.
3. Beware of Manipulation
Be cautious of any actions that are asked of you, especially if it involves financial resources or other favors. Watch out for emotional manipulation tactics as well.

Bots usually have flawless spelling and grammar but may have clunky, wooden phrasing.

Consistently fast response times can also be a sign that you’re interacting with an AI chatbot.
Remember: always be cautious, patient, and use common sense when engaging in conversations online. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is.
