1. Maxine searches for the spiker
After Maxine’s attack, Nikki Sanderson, an actress, is back in the spotlight.
Maxine, played by Angus Castle–Doughty) takes this week’s action against Eric Foster. He is determined to expose his behavior.
Tony is the leader of the Hollyoaks first vigilante meeting, which Tony hosts on Channel 4. This follows a series spiking incidents that left many women vulnerable.
However, the suggestions make women responsible for their own sexual assaults.
Maxine, tired of the victim-blaming approach to Maxine, takes matters into herself – but she fails Zoe and Verity to provide the support she needs.
Maxine is determined to keep going and pursues her own plan of catching the spiker.
Her results are surprising and all evidence points towards one person.

2. Verity is suspicious
Eric is still one step ahead of Maxine, so Maxine’s plans may be futile.
Eric realizes it’s only a matter if he gets caught so he takes a thorough approach. He destroys all CCTV footage that shows a spiking attack.
He’s not thorough enough. His shocking giveaways leave his schemes exposed. Verity Hutchinson (Eva O’Hara), his sister, is certain that something is not right.
Verity is suspicious when a Facebook post about Goldie McQueen’s Self-Defense Class is filled with vile comments.
She is drawn to one username and forced to consider which side it was.
Later scenes show Eric still reeling from the loss and searching high and low for Verity.
This makes her doubt whether she is doing the right things.
Could she be the one to expose Eric
What will his reaction be?

3. Olivia is out of control
Olivia Bradshaw is still acting erratically, but she’s determined for her career to improve.
Emily Burnett portrays the teacher and asks Hollyoaks High headmistress Sally St Claire (“Annie Wallace”) for a raise.
Olivia accepts her request, but then she devises a plan to increase the school’s budget.
Charlie Dean (Charlie Behan), is her second choice.

4. Charlie tries to stop Charlie
Charlie may not agree with her plan, but it is possible.
Later scenes show him struggling with his need to do the right thing and self-preservation, while considering Olivia’s request.
He has to make a hard decision later.
The consequences could be severe.

5. Zain and Misbah butt head
In Chester, Imran Maalik is (Ijaz Rana), a man who continues to struggle with his eating disorder. His mother Misbah Harvey Virdi remains concerned.
Zain Rizwaan (Jonas Khan) enlists Yazz Cunningham’s help to take her mind off Imran with a romantic getaway.
Misbah’s relationship is with Zain becomes second when Misbah learns the shocking news that Imran has been admitted to the clinic.
It should all be fine, but Zain starts to wonder how Imran was so quickly accepted at the clinic. Misbah is also disappointed by his response.
When Imran’s eating disorder is clear to him, their relationship becomes fraught.
Could it make them even more apart?
