This document lists White’s legal title as Betty Marion Ludden. She adopted the last name of Allen Ludden, her husband to whom she was married between 1963 and 1981.

TMZ first reported the information from the death record.

White, known for her comedy chops and willingness to try anything, was killed less than three weeks prior to her 100th birthday, Jan. 17.

She had grand plans for the milestone celebration, which included the upcoming “100 Years Young,” a nearly two-hour film about her with cameos from White’s famous friends including Ryan Reynolds, Tina Fey, Robert Redford, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Clint Eastwood, Jimmy Kimmel and others.
