The Man Who Won’t Pay the Bill of His Date After She Rejects his Advances

Chivalry, it’s officially dead. One woman shared to TikTok a video from her first date and it went quickly from 100 to zero.

When the bill arrived, the guy she had been on a date with showed his true colors. Let’s say he will never hear from her again.

TikTok users @talisha0913 Just shared a video of a bad first date. The video only shows the table but the audio is a perfect description of the type guy that she was out with.

The video appears to be being recorded by @Talisha0913 after the bill has arrived. Should I pay my share? “Should I cover my half?” she asks. He replies, “Nah, I’ve got you.”

What a sweet idea, right? The Wrong. Conversation doesn’t stop there.

She says, “Thank you for the delicious meal!” “She says. He says.

She asks him: “Can you walk me to your bedroom?”

@Talisha0913 hesitates, and says that she isn’t sure whether people are allowed to enter her building if they don’t plan on staying there. She says it’d be simpler if she went alone.

He says, “Oh, I see.” He says, “A man paid for your meal …” as his voice fades away.

It didn’t take him long to complete his sentence for @Talisha0913 to understand what he meant. She says, “I don’t like to f— up on the first date.” Then he asked her, “Who told you that?”

She tells him that the entire night, he acts like he is trying to get her into bed. He says: “You only wanted to get a free dinner.”

She clarifies: “I’m not afraid to pay my own bill in order to avoid this.” He says: “Oh right. “Go for it! Do it!”

“Are you serious right now?” “Are you serious?” she asked.

The man demanded: “Pay for yourself.” She calls him a f–king a–hole, then the video cuts out.

Some users noted that she offered her to literally pay half the bill. Some women described how they would handle this situation in her position.

One woman encouraged @Talisha0913 to look at the silver lining — that at least he showed her that he was a jerk early on.

A man argued that the one who suggested the date was responsible for the payment. Some people felt it wasn’t fair and that the rule shouldn’t be applied to couples dining together.

TikTok was largely of the opinion that TikTok should have been paying for her dinner. It was also wrong for him to claim that she had gone on a meal date with her only because it was “free.” Women don’t ask for free meals. She wants nothing more than respect.
