Duggars news and updates hint that Josh Duggar is trying to avoid legal trouble by blaming someone else. Caleb Williams, the man he used as a coworker, claimed that he was the one who had always used the computer that contained child pornography.
The Duggars – Josh Duggar Blames Co-Worker
Josh and his legal team filed a new appeal in his child pornography case. Josh alleged that Caleb was to blame for his crimes. He claimed his coworker was tech-savvy, and added that he sent him a text offer to send. “watch the lot.”
Page Six obtained documents that revealed that Caleb was convicted of sex offences. The disgraced reality TV star and his legal team wanted to call Caleb to the stand, but the federal court didn’t allow it. As per the court, Josh’s team wanted to call Caleb because of his past criminal activities. There’s no news as to when the court will deliberate on Josh’s filing and what Josh’s main goal is.
The Duggars – Josh Duggar’s Legal Problems
Fans might recall that federal agents raided Josh’s car dealership in April 2021. In December 2021, he was found guilty by the jury for possessing and receiving child pornography. In May 2022 the courtHe was sentenced for 151 months.
Jill Duggar, and others, hoped Josh would be rehabilitated while he is in prison. However, there were others who felt that he should be sentenced. It’s been five months since his sentencing, but Josh is still not showing any signs of remorse. Instead, he’s trying to blame other people for what he’s been found guilty of doing.
Many of Josh’s siblings didn’t come to his aid after his sentencing, including his younger sisters, who he allegedly abused when they were young. Josh has few supporters, even his wife Anna Duggar. She stood by her husband after the scandal broke. She doesn’t seem to have any plans of leaving Josh even though he’s been sentenced to prison. She still hopes Josh will return to their family and will make it a happy ending. She even shared a photo on Instagram to celebrate their engagement.
