Repeat Custody Battles
In the divorce agreement, the former couple were granted joint legal custody and physical custody for their children. Todd relocated to Atlanta after which he reopened the custody matter. The ruling was favorable for the children who attended school in Atlanta.
Terry, who was in South Carolina, had to see Lindsie and Kyle less under the second custody agreement. In 2012, he attempted to win one more over his exwife by filing a $1million child support lawsuit.
The first marriage she was married “a wild ride,”Terry stated that she does not regret joining the union, as it gave her Lindsie (and Kyle) a home. She lives now in Oklahoma with her second husband, and their two children.

Todd Chrisley wed Julie, his second spouse and future reality star, just a few months after he divorced Terry in 1996. Their two children, Chase (and Savannah) were conceived quickly by the couple, who welcomed Grayson in 2006. He was just a few months old when they met for the first time. Gushed:
