The custody war was “settled” in March 2021, as the parents resolved “all issues” in mediation.

Mackenzie is required to pay $260 per monthly child support in their Permanent Parenting Plan Order, which was exclusively obtained by Central Recorder. This comes after Zach has provided money for Mackenzie over many years.

Mackenzie’s monthly income is listed as $8,750, while Zach’s is $3,805.

The mother of three was awarded $9,100 from Zach that includes child support arrears, unpaid dental expenses for Hudson, child tax credit and attorney’s fees, according to court papers.

According to the Permanent Parenting Plan Order, Mackenzie will remain the primary residential parent despite Zach filing for joint custody.

Mackenzie has Hudson for 209 of the year while Zach takes care of Hudson the remaining 156 days.

Major decisions including educational, non-emergency health care, religious upbringing and extracurricular decisions are now “joint.”

Mackenzie officially signed off on the agreement in May, while Zach gave his signature in August.

CUSTODY BATTLE

As Central Recorder previously reported, Zach requested 50/50 custody of Hudson, claiming in court papers that since their agreement in November 2016, a “material and substantial change” has occurred that “affects” Hudson.

In Mackenzie’s response, she denied there has been a “material and substantial change” and “demanded strict proof” of the allegation.

The court papers filed on January 15 explain that Mackenzie “remarried” and welcomed two children.

Zach alleged he “has the minor child for the majority of the parenting time” and that Hudson “spends the majority of the parenting time with the child’s maternal grandparents.”

Mackenzie denied Hudson is mainly with Zach and her parents, and “demanded strict proof” of his claim.

He also mentioned how Mackenzie has a “prominent role” on Teen Mom OG and that Hudson is “regularly featured.”

Zach alleged: “Father believes that the minor child’s involvement with the television program may be detrimental to the welfare and well-being of the minor child.”

Mackenzie, who shares son Jagger, 2, and daughter Stella, 1, with Ryan, denied the MTV show has negatively impacted their son.

He continued to claim that Mackenzie has “decision-authority” regarding Hudson and is required to consult with her ex, but that she “has made many decisions” without his input, which she denied in her response.

Mackenzie’s ex-husband also provided a proposed parenting plan, where they would both have Hudson for 182.5 days of the year.

He asked that they make major decisions together, including religious, educational, and non-emergency medical care.

Zach also requested she pay child support to him.

In Mackenzie’s response, she admitted she is “able and capable of providing support.”

Mackenzie responded at the time for the judge to “dismiss” his request for joint custody.

Mackenzie and Zach were five months pregnant when Mackenzie got married.

She filed for divorce in July 2016 and their divorce was finalized in November 2016.

TEEN MOM FIRING

The new agreement comes after Ryan, Mackenzie and his parents, Jen and Larry, were fired from Teen Mom OG in March after his dad’s blowout fight with Maci’s husband, Taylor McKinney, on the reunion special.

Ryan blamed Maci, who he shares son Bentley, 12, with, for the firing, saying it was “retaliation” for the reunion show fight.

He told Central Recorder at the time: “Maci is in fear that my mom and dad will start telling the truth. She will always fight to have us off the show.”

The feud started when Maci refused to allow Ryan to see Bentley until he agreed to go to therapy with him.

Ryan has been in and out of rehab and jail in recent years, though he insisted he is sober today.

Ryan also revealed a fight he got into with MTV producers just before he was terminated from the hit series because they took down his American flag during filming.

Mackenzie and Ryan appeared in the first episodes of the current season. Maci stopped her attempts to reconcile.
