Teen Mom’s star mom of four didn’t just comment on the post.

The native Floridan simply said, “A red heart.”
Maci wrote, however: “My love to you sweet Amber, everyone deserves the grace of a second chance. Especially when they put in the hard work of changing and we’ve all seen you put that work in. We know you love your kids and this is completely un fair. Don’t give up. You are a queen and there are better days ahead. I am rooting for you.”

Amber shared her thoughts on the topic in an Instagram posting.

MTV’s star shared an Instagram picture of a white square with black text.
On the post was a statement that read “I’m devastated, heartbroken by this outcome.”
“I’ve worked so hard to better myself and improve my relationship with my children.”
In addition to James, Amber has a daughter called Leah whom she shares with ex-fiancé Gary Shirley.
Amber’s statement went on: “While I’ve always been candid about my past substance abuse and issues with mental health, a person should have a chance to redeem themselves and not be tethered to their issues from the past.”
She has spoken out many times about her struggle with borderline personality disorder and bipolar disorder over the years.
She continued: “People who have done therapy and taken classes and tried to change their lives should not be punished for past errors.”
“I’ve spent years rebuilding my bridges and did everything that was required of me, including completing 21 negative drug tests and multiple psychological evaluations.”
Amber stated that Amber had argued against the post before it was published. “should not be held accountable for mistakes from her past as long as she is working to better herself.”
In her new statement she seemed to echo that sentiment. She wrote: “If you haven’t had a perfect road, but you’ve worked hard today to become a better and more stable person, keep moving forward. I will never stop fighting to protect my children, who I love the most.
“I’ve been living in a nightmare for so long, trying to prove myself.. I wouldn’t wish this unbearable pain on any mother or father.”
TESTING TROUBLE
Central Recorder exclusively reported that James, Amber’s son, tested positive for THC in the same day as Amber’s statement.
The reality star was also caught smoking marijuana on her nanny camera.
Central Recorder’s judgment presiding over Amber’s custody case highlighted certain facts that were discovered during the case. These factors contributed to Andrew Glennon receiving full custody of Amber’s son.
Amber’s past substance abuse history was mentioned by the judge. “While pregnant, Mother had someone with prior gang affiliation bring her marijuana and pain pills to the home.”
She also observed that Amber may have admitted to using the Internet. “using marijuana prior to, during and after her pregnancy with the child.”
James was written by the judge “was born with THC in his system. A DCS investigation was initiated after the birth of the child. A CHINS [Child In Need of Services] case was never opened.”
According to the custody filing, Amber continues to use marijuana throughout her relationship with Andrew and after she gives birth to her son.
The judge referred to a March photo that had been submitted as evidence. It showed Teen Mom’s star smoking what appeared to be a bong while lying on a bed.
Referring to the photo, which was obtained exclusively by Central Recorder. The judge wrote: “Mother has been home alone with the child only once in the child’s entire life.”
“This occurred in May of 2019 when Father was in California for a work trip. Pictures were admitted into evidence showing Mother smoking marijuana in her bed. Father has not allowed Mother to care for the child overnight since then,”The judge wrote.
Now the custody battle between Amber & Andrew is over.
The ruling allows Andrew to move with James to James’ $5 million Malibu estate.
James remains his sole legal and primary custodian. However, a court ordered that he. “seek out and consider the mother’s opinion before making any major decisions relating to the child’s medical treatment, education and religion.”
Amber received overnight visits from her son, for the first-time since 2019, under the new custody arrangement that includes phases.
James will spend time with her monthly, and they will alternate between Indiana and California.
In California, she will receive three days of visitation and overnights.
Andrew will visit Indiana with James the next month.
