Ted Cruz showed up at the Astros World Series Parade and it didn’t go as planned

Ted Cruz, the Texas Senator, is facing another round of boos from his supporters.

Cruz, standing on the back a flatbed truck, waved to his constituents during the Houston Astros World Series parade.

To honor the recent World Series win by Houston baseball team, the celebration was held in downtown Houston on Monday 7 November.

Twitter users shared videos showing Cruz’s cold welcome and encouraged others to support Democratic candidates for Tuesday’s midterm election.

“Ted Cruz gets booed by hundreds of Houston Astros [fans] who didn’t forget he literally left them in the cold during the winter storm in 2021. #F***TedCruz #VoteForBeto,” A Twitter user wrote.
