Sex offender, aged 63, dies after inflicting horrific injuries on an abandoned estate.

An SEX offender was found to have died after suffering horrific injuries on an abandoned estate. An inquest was held.

Reginald Alan Roach, 63, was found unconscious in an old Wales industrial area by a dog walker.

Roach was covered with blood after his genitals were sliced off. This is believed to have been his cause of death.

Police have not yet identified anyone in connection with the death of the convicted sexual offender.

Kate Sutherland (acting senior coroner for north-west Wales) opened an inquest today.

Roach’s provisional cause-of-death was given by Mrs Sutherland “shock and hemorrhaging due to incised wounds removing genitalia”, North Wales Live reported.

As she waited for the results of further investigations, she adjourned her hearing.

Roach was scheduled to appear before the court one week before his death. However, he failed to show up.

The 63-year old was accused of not complying with notification requirements regarding the September 13th sex offenders register at Caernarfon Station.

He was expected to plead guilty that day.

Roach had an August incident that led to him being sex offenders and was forced to register.

He asked Travelodge Hotel staff for a bet, even though he was completely naked.

Defense solicitor Tudur Owen said that Roach sustained a serious brain injury while he was younger.

Mr Owen said there didn’t appear to be a sexual motive to what happened.

Roach was, he claimed, an a. “nuisance”He had apologized to staff.

Roach was convicted of exposing himself to the public and was sentenced for 16 weeks with suspended sentences.

He was asked to pay £150 compensation to the worker who was disgusted by his behaviour.

He also had the responsibility of registering as a sexual offender.

Today’s police officers stated that they did not seek out anyone else to investigate Roach’s murder.

“Following a Home Office Post Mortem, and to end unhelpful speculation, we can confirm that we are not looking for anyone else in connection with the death of Reginald Alan Roach, but would renew our appeal for anyone who saw an elderly man, approximately 5’8” tall and wearing blue jeans with a grey hooded top in the area between 10am on Saturday, November 5th and 9am on Sunday, November 6th to please contact us on 101 quoting reference B168289.

“We will not be making further comment as the matter remains with the Local Coroner.”
